Brief Introduction

Rail-guided automatic battery PACK loading system helps you to safely and efficiently load heavy battery PACKS into containers for energy storage.

With 3D positioning camera and automatic width adjustment function, the gripper is able to catch PACKs with different dimensions and move them onto high-loading rail. The rail transfers PACKs to entry mechanism, based on the 6-DOF adjustment function of lifting mechanism, accurately achieving docking between PACK and container.

Functional Description

1. AGV Fully Automated Collaborative Docking

Supports AGV automatic docking with double-layer racks (each rack carries 2 PACKs), featuring 5-station 3D scheduling (loading, standby, empty rack, discharging, emergency manual operation). Using RFID + QR code dual binding for precise material traceability.

2. Vision-Enabled Flexible Depalletizing

It combines 3D line laser and AI vision for composite positioning, scanning rack, PACK, and container status in real-time to generate optimal grabbing paths and prevent interference. Adaptive gantry gripper with 300-2000mm stepless adjustment fits PACKs of different sizes.

3. Dynamic Spatial Pose Compensation

Six-degree-of-freedom pose adjustment mechanism integrated with LiDAR automatically compensates for ±30mm assembly deviation and ±3° thermal deformation of containers, ensuring parallel PACK loading.

4. Safety Protection System

Mechanical anti-jamming: Spring-buffered push rod combined with pressure/displacement fusion detection, responding to anomalies in 0.1s and triggering physical protection. Program error-proofing: Digital twin trajectory simulation with real-time alerts for timeouts, over-distance, and over-pressure.

5. Lifecycle Traceability

PACK scan data is bound to storage coordinates and synchronized with MES in real-time, supporting batch/individual bidirectional traceability and automatic defective product sorting.

6. Human-Machine Collaborative Safety Design

Safety interlock light curtains + multi-level access control. Speed reduces to ≤0.2m/s during manual intervention, with emergency stop response ≤50ms. Lifting mechanism includes dual electromagnetic brakes + mechanical ratchet backup for fall prevention.
