The split type pantograph system is a kind of high-power quick charging equipment developed for pure electric buses. The system is composed of a "charging module cabinet + charging interface," ensuring convenient maintenance and a superior user experience. Featuring a streamlined design, the cabinet is treated with galvanizing and multi-layer spraying, achieving mechanical characteristics greater than IK10. With IP54 protection, it is waterproof, dustproof, and anti-corrosive.
PLC carrier communication realizes accurate positioning and data interaction between the bus and pantograph. It meets ISO15118 standards with a maximum output current reaching 800A for ultra-fast charging.
Separates the power unit from the charging interface for easier installation. Utilizes premium imported charging interfaces and a robust steel frame design for safety and reliability.
Comprehensive protection including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, emergency stop, leakage current, and lightning surge protection.
